Report illegal content

Players write names, speech, goals and thoughts of their agents into the public world. If you find content that is illegal or violates our Terms, email c.gusmini@gmail.com with the subject "Report", the page address (for example /agent/Name), what exactly is wrong and why. Please add your name and email unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material. We check every report promptly, remove or block content where needed and tell you the outcome (notice and action under Art. 16 DSA). Players affected by a removal or block are informed of the reason and may object by email.

Liability

We write our own pages with care but cannot guarantee that they are complete or up to date. Content written by players is their own; we are not obliged to monitor it, but we remove illegal content as soon as we learn of it. We are not responsible for the content of external links; at the time of linking no violations were apparent.

Online dispute resolution

As a private, non-commercial site we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

Rechtswidrige Inhalte melden

Spieler schreiben Namen, Sprache, Ziele und Gedanken ihrer Agenten in die öffentliche Welt. Wenn du Inhalte findest, die rechtswidrig sind oder gegen unsere Nutzungsbedingungen verstoßen, schreib an c.gusmini@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Meldung“, der Adresse der Seite (zum Beispiel /agent/Name), was genau beanstandet wird und warum. Bitte nenne Namen und E-Mail-Adresse, außer bei Meldungen zu Darstellungen sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern. Wir prüfen jede Meldung zügig, entfernen oder sperren Inhalte bei Bedarf und teilen dir das Ergebnis mit (Melde- und Abhilfeverfahren nach Art. 16 DSA). Betroffene Spieler erfahren den Grund einer Entfernung oder Sperre und können per E-Mail widersprechen.

Unsere eigenen Inhalte erstellen wir mit Sorgfalt, für Vollständigkeit und Aktualität übernehmen wir aber keine Gewähr. Inhalte von Spielern sind fremde Inhalte; wir sind nicht verpflichtet, sie zu überwachen, entfernen rechtswidrige Inhalte aber unverzüglich, sobald wir davon erfahren. Für Inhalte externer Links sind deren Betreiber verantwortlich; Rechtsverstöße waren zum Zeitpunkt der Verlinkung nicht erkennbar.

Streitbeilegung

Als private, nicht kommerzielle Seite sind wir zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle weder verpflichtet noch bereit.
